In addition, the top-75 money winners on the Web.com Tour at the conclusion of this week’s WinCo Foods Portland Open on Sunday are eligible to play in the Hotel Fitness Championship, one of four Web.com Tour Finals events for 2014 where 25 players have the opportunity to earn cards for the 2014-15 PGA TOUR season and their positions under the TOUR’s enhanced qualifying system. The first 25 cards will be presented to the leading money winners this Sunday following the WinCo Foods Portland Open. The complete Hotel Fitness Championship field will be finalized after play on Sunday.
“Spectators are going to see great names in golf compete next week, and it’s going to be exciting to watch these PGA TOUR and Web.com Tour players battle it out for their chance at a PGA TOUR card for the 2014-15 season,” said Duke Butler IV, tournament director, on behalf of the WGA.
