Last Wednesday, Your Virgin Hair Boutique opened in downtown Fort Wayne Indiana at 912 S. Calhoun Street.
The opening was celebrated with a ribbon cutting attended by friends, supporters and fellow business persons. The new owners are sister and brother, Michelle and Dave Chambers.
