Areas of morning fog, partly sunny by afternoon
(August 6, 2014) – Light winds and moisture from overnight rainfall has led to areas of dense fog this morning, especially east of US-31. A dense fog advisory is in effect until 9AM for the counties impacted. This fog will gradually burn off later this morning and periods of sun are expected for most of the area by the afternoon. However, a weak frontal boundary may lead to more cloud cover and an isolated rain shower this afternoon along a line from Monticello to Lima. Mostly clear conditions are expected overnight with lows in the mid to upper 50s.
