Last Wednesday, July 9th, the directors for three agencies, Madeleine Laird with HOPE for Animals, Jessica Henry with the Allen County SPCA, and Belinda Lewis with Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control, announced their partnership to launch a Community Cats Program in Fort Wayne.
