Parking Garage Renovation on St. Joe Hospital Campus to Temporarily Limit Access to Attached Medical Building
Patients and visitors are encouraged to use free valet parking service

(May 23, 2014) – St. Joseph Hospital officials today announced that the second of three phases of a campus parking garage renovation has begun. The garage will remain open for the duration of the multiyear project, but the total number of spaces will be reduced temporarily during each phase of construction.

The phases of work on the four-level garage will address its north, middle and south sections respectively.

Phase two requires closing the south side of the garage and it will temporarily require drivers to exit and enter the structure through the same access point off of Broadway. Phase two is projected to be completed by the end of July.

Patients and visitors who use the garage are strongly encouraged to use the free valet parking that’s available at the hospital’s main entrance off Broadway. Valet parking is offered Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Phase three will update the center section of the parking garage, mainly the cross ramps.
