What’s Next? Find Out at the Northeast Indiana College Fair

(February 26, 2014) – For today’s students, continuing their education after high school isn’t just a luxury, it’s a necessity. Whether a student plans to go to college, enter a skilled trades program or enlist in the military, additional education will be a part of their future. For those still deciding what the next step is, the Northeast Indiana College Fair is the perfect place to go. The College Fair will be Tuesday, March 11, at the Indiana University-Purdue University Fieldhouse.

At least 75 colleges, universities and military units from in and around Indiana – both public and private – will have information available on programs and services offered at the fair. To see a list of which schools and organizations will be represented at the fair, visit www.fortwayneschools.org. Representatives also will be available to talk with students about what they are looking for in students and what the school can provide academically, socially and financially.

Students from East Allen County Schools and Concordia Lutheran High School will attend the fair from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Students from Fort Wayne Community Schools will attend from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. From 5:30-7 p.m., the fair will be open for students and families who could not make it earlier in the day or who want additional information.
Admission to the event is free, and free parking is available on IPFW’s campus.

The fair is sponsored by: Fort Wayne Community Schools, East Allen County Schools, Concordia Lutheran High School and IPFW.
