The Weather Story from the National Weather Service:

Heavy rainfall will continue across the area tonight. Additional accumulations of half an inch will be possible near Lake Michigan, with amounts of up to 1.5 inches in our southeastern counties. A flood watch is currently in effect until Friday morning for our entire area. Wide spread flooding will be possible along area rivers, creeks and low lying areas. If traveling, be sure to use caution and never drive through water covered roads, as you never know how deep the water could be. Low temperatures tonight will range from the upper 30s west to the mid 40s east. Highs on Friday will span from the mid 40s to the low 50s.
