…WINTER STORM CONTINUES TONIGHT…

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE SNOW ACROSS NORTHERN INDIANA… NORTHWEST OHIO… AND SOUTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN THIS EVENING… WITH SNOW ENDING ACROSS THE AREA LATE TONIGHT. SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES WITH ACCUMULATIONS AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR. STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 9 INCHES ARE EXPECTED IN THE WARNING AREA WITH 2 TO 5 INCHES IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* TIMING…SNOW… HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT… WITH THE HEAVIEST SNOW EXPECTED THROUGH 2 AM. SNOW WILL DIMINISH IN INTENSITY AND COVERAGE LATE TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS…STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 9 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL RESULT IN SNOW COVERED ROADS AND HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
