News release from the Fort Wayne Fire Department:
House fire at 2230 E. Rudisill Boulevard
The fort wayne fire department responded to a reported structure fire at 2230 E. Rudisill Boulevard. On arrival firefighters found heavy smoke coming from the one story residential house. The firefighters used and aggressive interior attack to bring the fire under control in fourteen minutes. Most of the fire appeared to be in the kitchen area of the home. Four occupants were home at the time of the fire and were outside the structure on the fire departments arrival. No injuries were reported.
