I&M restoration update
The restoration of electric service for those customers affected by the storms on June 29 and July 5 is complete.
The restoration effort was completed ahead of schedule. I&M had predicted that it could have been as late as Sunday night to complete the restoration.
Any customers who do not have electric service at this point should contact Indiana Michigan Power at 1-800-311-4634.
I&M wishes to thank its customers for their support of the restoration crews and for their patience and understanding during a week of incredibly high temperatures.
We will work to reactivate our online outage map after we confirm that all technical issues we experienced during the storm restoration have been resolved.
