Fireworks Prohibited in City Parks
With the Fourth of July approaching, the Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department would like to remind citizens that fireworks are always prohibited in Fort Wayne city parks. Due to the extreme dry conditions and increased fire risk, this City Ordinance will be enforced. Anyone who sees a citizen setting off fireworks in a city park should call the police department at 427-1222.
