Below is a quote from Mayor Henry on the passing of Dede Hall. Mayor Henry was the 3rd district council member when she served the 5th district.
“As a fellow council member, I remember Dede Hall’s meticulous care on fiscal matters and the great amount of detail she gave to every topic that came before council. She served our City well.
