EPCO Welcomes New Sales Manager
(June 13, 2012) – EPCO Products, Inc. has hired William Kozman as its new Zero-Leak Gold® Plugs and Banjo Products Sales Manager.
A fluid power industry veteran of more than 30 years, Kozman brings extensive sales experience to EPCO. Most recently, Kozman worked as the Sales and General Manager of a multi-million-dollar international manufacturer and supplier of tube fittings and adaptors. In that position, he managed all facility operations including inventory control, personnel and price strategies.
In addition to his experience managing sales at a variety of companies, Kozman has developed, implemented and overseen numerous marketing initiatives and strategic plans that have proven to be highly successful. Most recently seen among these was a new strategy created for distribution at his previous employment that helped increase growth more than 20 percent in 2011.
“I am excited for the opportunity to join the great team at EPCO and help grow these product lines,” Kozman said. “I have been extremely impressed with their products and commitment to excellence and am looking forward to being a part of its continued growth.”
Kozman’s familiarity with tube fittings and valves will be helpful in developing new sales strategies and furthering the ZLGP product lines, which consist of guaranteed leak-free plugs and banjo fittings used for hydraulic, diesel and other fluid power applications.
