Snacking happens. And that’s a good thing when Mother Nature leads the way. With a little planning, it’s a snap to make healthy snacking a part of your daily routine. Start Eating Health Day signifies the dedication of the American Heart Association and its partners to the health and wellness of our community. It is not only beneficial for your heart to engage in physical activity, but it’s also important to maintain a healthy and well-balanced diet.
