The Apartment Association of Fort Wayne-NE Indiana (AAFW-NEI) continues its educational programs designed for area individuals employed in the multi-family rental industry. November offerings include:

Interviewing, Recruiting & Hiring Best Practices

Who Should Attend: All Supervisors

This interesting, fast-paced seminar addresses topics important to any hiring manager or interviewer’s success. The quality of your selection efforts directly effects the quality of your business results. This seminar will improve your company’s selection strategies and help all your interviewers feel more comfortable and confident with their tasks.

Join your fellow managers for a networking and topic discussion breakfast. Different topics will be discussed, yet all attendees will get a complete recap of the ideas shared by all tables. Topics may include: General Market Conditions, leasing traffic, occupancies, staffing issues, marketing trends and more!

Educational programs are open to both members and non-members of the Association. The programs listed above are each FREE to Education 2011 Subscribers (see catalogue for details), $45 for each non-subscriber attendee, or $90 per person for those who do not currently belong to the Association.
