Allen County Teenage Republicans to install officers, feature State Rep. Bob Morris as guest speaker

The Allen County Teenage Republicans (“TARs”) organization, which is a club supervised by the Allen County GOP, will hold its next meeting on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. at the Allen County Republican Party Headquarters, 135 West Main Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The event will feature State Representative Bob Morris as the guest speaker.

Allen County Republican Party Chairman Steve Shine will swear in the newly elected officers of the TARs, after which each new officer will present an inauguration address.

A reception with cake and punch for TARs members, their parents, and Republican officials will follow the speeches. A short meeting of the TARs members will follow.

The Allen County Teenage Republicans club, known as “TARS,” provides an opportunity for local students between the ages of thirteen (13) and nineteen (19) to participate in the political process. The Allen County TARS membership includes students from both public and private schools, as well as students who participate in home school programs.
