Mayor sets report on The Harrison for June 13th

News release from the City of Fort Wayne:

Mayor sets report on The Harrison for June 13

Mayor Tom Henry today announced that Chris Schoen, CEO of Barry Real Estate Companies, will present an update on the status of The Harrison to the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission and the community on Monday, June 13. The Mayor requested this account in a letter to the Redevelopment Commission on May 9 after the developer’s early May groundbreaking target had passed without action.

To accommodate schedules, the Mayor has agreed to this timeline although it extends beyond the established May 31 deadline. This date is the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Redevelopment Commission.

In the interim, the City of Fort Wayne is satisfied that progress on the development continues to be made. Along with the people of Fort Wayne, the Mayor looks forward to the upcoming report.

The Redevelopment Commission meeting will take place at 4 p.m. in Citizens Square, 200 East Berry Street.
