Grand Wayne Center Ushers Receive 2011 Lt. Governor’s Hoosier Hospitality Award

(May 11, 2011) – The Indiana Office of Tourism Development and Visit Fort Wayne are pleased to announce that the Grand Wayne Center Ushers have been awarded a 2011 Lieutenant Governor’s Hoosier Hospitality Award.

This 14-member group serves as the “face” of the Grand Wayne Center, greeting guests and assisting delegates as they meet and gather at the Grand Wayne.

Nominated by Visit Fort Wayne, the Grand Wayne Center Ushers exemplify Hoosier Hospitality and exhibit superior dedication to Fort Wayne and to our hospitality industry. The Grand Wayne Center Ushers have been the front line of Fort Wayne’s hospitality industry for the past 26 years. This group of dedicated men and women have greeted visitors to the facility, insuring their comfort, security and event success at every turn.
