Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Community Survey
(April 18, 2011) – During the week of April 25th, randomly selected households will receive a mailed community-wide survey from the Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department.
The Center for Social Research at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne is coordinating the details of the survey for the Department, including the mailing services.
Selected households are asked to please complete the survey in a timely manner and return it in the Self Addressed Stamped Envelope.
The results of the survey will be used by the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department to enrich the future of our community and make a positive impact on the lives of Fort Wayne residents. This survey is required to maintain the accreditation standards set by the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies. The Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department has been accredited since October 2004 from the CAPRA Board of the National Recreation & Park Association.
