Fool Hardy History tests knowledge of past

News release from The History Center:

Fool Hardy History tests knowledge of past

(March 28, 2011) – Grandma’s attic was never as much fun as this!

Put your imagination to the test during “Foolhardy History” this Saturday, April 2, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the History Center.

In observance of “April Fools Day,” we’ve created our yearly hands-on trivia game that challenges the public to identify unusual or mystifying objects gleaned from our collection. This is an event that calls for some knowledge of the past but often depends more on vivid imagination aided by an occasional lucky guess.

Prizes are given to the adult and the student with the most correct answers.

The History Center is located at 302 East Berry Street in Fort Wayne. Admission is $5 adults; $3 senior and student; free to children five and under and History Center members.

For more information, contact the History Center at (260) 426-2882 or visit the website at www.fwhistorycenter.com.
