IPFW Health Fair Helps “Create a Healthier U”

(March 8, 2011) – Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) invites everyone to come to the IPFW Health Fair, Wednesday March 23. The 22nd annual Health Fair is free and open to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Walb Student Union. This year’s fair offers:

[li]Take-and-go tips for “Creating a Healthier U”[/li]
[li]Nutritious and Delicious Cooking Demonstrations:
Get Up and Go Energizing Breakfasts, 9-11 a.m.
Eat Right with Color, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Nutritious Seasonings to Entertain the Palate, 1-3 p.m.[/li]
[li]Fitness Demonstrations every hour:
Boot Camp, 9:30 a.m.
Zumba, 10:30 a.m.
Yoga, 11:30 a.m.
Exercises for Better Golf Skills, 12:30 p.m.
Let’s Move With Bands and Chairs, 1:30 p.m.[/li]
[li]Clubs and organizations for fitness, friendships, and fellowship[/li]
[li]Dozens of ways to de-stress[/li]
[li]Gift drawings[/li]
[li]Refreshments[/li]
