* FORECAST…THE RIVER WILL RISE TO A CREST NEAR 19.2 FEET AROUND 1 AM SATURDAY FEBRUARY 19 AND FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AROUND 2 AM TUESDAY FEBRUARY 22.
