Democrat Mike Avila announced this afternoon that he will be seeking the Democratic nomination for the Fort Wayne City Council’s 4th District seat in the May primary election.
The announcement was made at the Sheet Metal Worker’s Hall in Waynedale.
It’s unclear whether current incumbent Councilman Mitch Harper is going to seek re-election. Noon tomorrow is the deadline for filing.
