He talks about his annexation programs, downtown Fort Wayne, Harrison Square, Area Partnerships, community oriented government, Headwaters Park, the Allen County Courthouse Green and other downtown projects. At 4:25, we talk about his feelings on the direction of things downtown. In particular, he feels more people need to live downtown and needs to be the focus. Overall, he feels the City is on the right track.
