City of Fort Wayne Mayor’s Advocate Ken Nicolet formally announced his run for the Fort Wayne City Council’s 1st District seat this morning.
He was surrounded by family, friends and supporters including fellow City employee Ozzie Mitson and Allen County Councilman Paul Moss.
