I am at the Allen County Election Board this morning.
It’s the first day of filing for the city-wide elections as well as out-lying cities in Allen County. Â I will have photos and video later in the day.
First in the door this morning was Democrat Frederick F. Steinke who filed for the Fort Wayne Mayor’s race. Â Steinke provided a statement which I will post later today. Â He ran in the 2007 Primary and lost to Mayor Tom Henry.
Next  up was Councilman Tom Didier who filed to run for re-election in the 3rd on the Republican ballot.
Also, Republican Mayoral candidate Liz Brown sent out a press release at 8:50 am stating she has raised $25,000 from December 3rd through the 31st. Â I will have the full press release later today.
