Aunt Millie’s to donate 304 loaves of bread to the St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen

In response to their desperate need for bread, Aunt Millie’s will deliver 304 loaves of Butter Top Wheat Bread to St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen on Friday, November 12, 2010.

In addition to this delivery, Aunt Millie’s is donating fresh bread to foodbanks throughout the Midwest this holiday season. The Fort Wayne Community Harvest Food Bank will receive a donation of 2,400 loaves on November 22. In all, Aunt Millie’s will donate 60,816 loaves of bread – over 1,000 loaves per day, with a retail value of $194,003.

Aunt Millie’s Bakeries is a family-owned company headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana since 1901. The company produces Aunt Millie’s bread and bakery products and other brands, which are distributed throughout the Midwest.
