Multi-Generational Art Show
July 19 – 22, 8 am – 7:30 pm at the Community Center, 233 West Main Street

(July 1, 2010) – Children and adults will benefit from the satisfaction of collaborating on an intergenerational art project. Children 5 – 17 years are invited to enter any work of art created jointly with an adult age 50 or older. This is your chance to showcase shared talents.

Acceptable media include paint (watercolor, tempera, acrylic, oil), clay and wood. Pictures must be matted and suitable for hanging. Clay and wood projects or sculptures must be no larger than 15″ x 15″ x 15″. Entries must be accompanied by at least one photograph showing the two artists with the work in progress. Entries will be accepted at the Community Center on Thursday, July 15 from 10 am -6 pm. The entry fee is $4 per piece. For more information call 427-6467.
