Super Shot Clinic Closed on July 3
Please note the Lutheran Hospital Super Shot Clinic at RediMed/Business Health, 315 E. Cook Rd., Fort Wayne, will be closed on Saturday, July 3, in observance of the July 4 holiday.
Normal business hours for this clinic will resume on Saturday, July 10 from 9am to 12pm.
Super Shot operates an independent reduced cost immunization program that serves children in Allen and surrounding counties with family friendly hours and convenient locations.
