Cancer care to be discussed on Healthline
(May 20, 2010) – Care coordination for cancer patients will be the main topic on the next Healthline on WFWA PBS39. The program airs live at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 25.
Nancy Ehmke, clinical nurse specialist, Parkview Comprehensive Cancer Center and Lynn Gerig, care coordinator/patient navigator, Parkview Comprehensive Cancer Center will be the guests on the program. They will discuss the importance of a patient-centered approach for cancer patients and comprehensive services that are available to patients and their families.
