Dupont Hospital to Host Community Health and Information Fair
April 16 is National Healthcare Decisions Day(April 2, 2010) Dupont Hospital will host a free community health and information fair between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Friday, April 16. All screenings and activities will take place in the hospital’s main lobby. They include:
- Free glucose screenings
- Free bone density testing
- Free blood pressure screenings
- Assistance with completion and notarizing of advance directives courtesy of the Allen County Bar Association
