AC Sheriff’s Merit Board meeting – 4/1/2010

The Allen County Sheriff Department’s Merit Board will meet later today.

The meeting will be at 1:30 pm in the Sheriff’s Office  Conference Room, room 101 at the Allen County Courthouse.  This is a general session.  The agenda includes:

1. Make Presentation to Pension Committee & Merit Board regarding Allocation of Pension Funds by the Dover Investment Consulting Group
2. Merit Board Rules – Revision – Voting
   • Vote on Amendment of Rule N(9) of the Merit Board Rules and Regulations as specified in Rule C(11) with regards to I.C. 5-14-1.1
     – Sheriff Kenneth C. Fries
   • Vote on Amendment of Rule H(2)© and Rule I(5) of the Merit Board Rules and Regulation as specified in Rule C(11)
     – Sheriff Kenneth C. Fries
