East State Boulevard to Reopen
Repair Work Nearly CompleteRepair of a stormwater pipe and restoration of East State Boulevard is expected to be complete within the next hour.
The street was closed over night between Forest Park Boulevard and North Anthony Boulevard so that City Utility crews could repair a cracked stormwater pipe which caused soil and concrete to cave in around the pipe.
