Winter Wellness Workshops at the Fort Wayne Dance Collective
During the holidays, we all indulge a little. And often, our favorite fitness and wellness studios are closed. Although FWDC won’t be holding regular classes between December 7 and January 1, we are offering three special events for you to stay healthy.
Feldenkrais®: Awareness through Movement with Lisa Tsetse

The Feldenkrais Method is an educational system centered on movement, aiming to expand and refine the use of the self through awareness. It is intended for those who wish to improve their movement repertoire (dancers, musicians, artists), as well as those wishing to reduce pain or limitations in movement, and many who want to improve their general well-being and personal development.Sessions are taught by Lisa Tsetse, FWDC co-founder, ABMP-certified massage therapist, Guild-certified Feldenkrais® practitioner.

Cost: $50 per person (fee includes lunch)Start off your new year with a relaxing, centered time to practice yoga, meet with friendly people, and purchase unique gifts and clothing. Your morning starts with a Feldenkrais class to wake you up and make you aware of what your body is telling you. This is followed by two workshops with different options: Relaxing, centering yoga, theraputic, healing Feldenkrais movement, or a fun multi-arts workshop about aging with excitement.
