Carson Boxberger, LLP is pleased to announce that Howard Sandler and Robert Nicholson have joined the Business Services division of its Fort Wayne office. The strategic merger of these attorneys provides an expansion of the firm’s services.

Howard Sandler is an icon in the Fort Wayne legal profession. Mr. Sandler provides clients with a strategic overview of legal complexities based on experience in countless business matters including state and federal litigation. Mr. Sandler holds a law degree from Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Sandler was the first lawyer in Allen County to be certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Bankruptcy Institute. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyer, and rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell.

Robert Nicholson is a well known business attorney noted for his work in commercial litigation, Mr. Nicholson holds a LLM in Banking Law from Boston University School of Law, a second LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and a law degree from Texas Tech Law School. Mr. Nicholson offers practical solutions in commercial transactions, loan transactions and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Nicholson hosts a weekly radio talk show “Your Business Matters,” airing on WGL 1250 AM devoted to the needs and concerns of business owners. He has also developed a business resource program for entrepreneurs, The CEO Plan, which addresses the need to obtain sufficient equity when starting a new business.
