Fort Wayne Action Team Advocacy Webinar
Gather in Fort Wayne at the Main Library or join in from the comfort of your office…

Tuesday, November 10, 2009 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST

Want more public transit in Indiana? You have the power to make a difference in the fight for transportation resources. Learn how to become an effective advocate in our community by joining the Fort Wayne Action Team and Advocacy Guru Stephanie Vance for this two hour online training session covering the four keys to effective advocacy as well as how to build winning coalitions.

We’ll look at knowing what you want, who you’re talking to, how to talk to them and how to follow-up and discuss one of the most powerful tools in an effective advocate’s arsenal. Armed with this information, advocates will be able to connect with others and deliver powerful messages to policymakers who can make a difference.

This is a must-attend session if you want your voice heard!

Note: In filling out this online form, you are registering for the online session only, NOT the in-person session. If you are able to attend in person, you will have access to additional resources. The in-person session will be at the Allen County Main Library Branch downtown, Fort Wayne, Indiana, same date and time. To register for the in-person session, e-mail Betsy Kachmar or call her at (260) 432-4977.
