What: 13th Annual Veterans’ Stand Down & 19th Annual Healthy Cities Health Fair
Where: Wayne Township Trustee Office, 320 E. Superior St. (corner of Superior & Lafayette)
When: Friday, October 23rd 2009 from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Who: Adults 18 years & older who are uninsured & underinsured
Free Confidential Health Services:
- Blood sugar & Cholesterol checks (No eating/drinking after 12AM)
- Adult Immunizations, TB, HIV, Syphilis, Sickle-Cell, Blood Pressure, Dental, Vision, Depression, Foot, Lead & Osteoporosis Screenings, Various Cancer Screenings including Francine’s Friends Mobile Mammography
Other available services: Â Winter clothing & personal hygiene items Additional services for low income veterans.
