FW Habitat dedicates new home paid for with proceeds from the Habitat Restore

Press release from Habitat for Humanity:

Fort Wayne Habitat dedicates new home paid for with proceeds from the Habitat Restore

When you go to the Habitat ReStore, your purchases and your donations are helping to fund homes like the new home that has just been completed for the Win family. Their new home, located at 3727 Wayne Trace in Fort Wayne, will be dedicated on September 12 at 10a.m.

Construction began on July 21st on a new home for Rosey Win, a single mother, and her three children. Ms. Win is a former refugee from Burma, employed full-time at Vera Bradley, Inc. as a team leader.

The ReStore, which recently relocated to a larger location at 3837 North Wells Street, sells new and used appliances, construction materials and other household items. All profits from the ReStore help build affordable homes, like the home for the Wins.

For more information about this new home, the ReStore or about Habitat, please call HABITAT (422-4828) or visit the website.
