Councilman Mitch Harper hosted the Council Call-in show yesterday on the local Cable Access channels.
The topic was bike infrastructure, bicyclists, trails and making Fort Wayne a more pedestrian and bicycle friendly town. Â Councilman Harper was joined by Pam Holocher, Director of Strategic Planning for the City of Fort Wayne and Charlie White, Assistant Director of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
