WANE-15 has an article on their website regarding the 2009 Kroger’s Zoo Day. Â The article is probably straight off the press release, like I myself do, but the problem is with the photo.
The caption under the photo reads:
An employee at the Wabash Kroger store had to be flown to the hospital after she got her hand caught in a meat grinder.
