Today’s Redevelopment Commission Meeting agenda is available. Â The meeting is at 4:00 pm in the County Commissioner’s Court Room in the City County Building.
The first item on the agenda is:
Resolution 2009-28
Rejecting the bid submitted in response to a Notice of Public Offering of Real Estate – Superior Street Row Mixed-use Residential/Retail project
There is also one Harrison Square related change order as well as discussion of the “Adams Township Industrial Area”. I believe this might include the proposed Rail Intermodal hub that’s been hinted and talked about the last few years.
