TinCaps Job Fair in full swing

TinCaps Logo

The TinCaps Job Fair is in full swing.  At 8:30 am, there were approximately 40 people in line.  By 9:00 am, when they opened the doors, one hour early, they had doubled that number.  The crowd had expanded quite a bit by 10 am.  They had opened an overflow room when I left.

Prospective applicants are asked to fill out a basic application and are then given a preliminary interview.  Those who are selected for advancement are given a second interview.  There were approximately 200 positions to fill.  I would estimate the crowd to be at least 300, when I left at 10:30 am.

Below is a video clip of the room followed by a video clip of Richard Bennett, who was first in line at 7:15 am.  He had to wait outside the Grand Wayne Center until 8:00 when he was allowed into the building where he waited another hour.  He did receive a preliminary interview.
