Fort Wayne City Councilman Glynn Hines will be presenting his annual State of the 6th District speech Saturday, February March 21, 2009.  The speech will be at Link’s Wonderland on Creighton.  Refreshments will be served beginning at 8:30 am, while the speech will commence at 9:00 am.
