I have confirmed that White Lodging, developer of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel will be in front of the Fort Wayne City Council on February 3, 2008. Â Let’s be clear about something – the news will probably not be positive, nor will it be anything new at all. Â They are still in the process of securing financing and the credit markets haven’t changed much. Â Still, and this is the important part, it will be good to see them and hear they are still committed to the project.
