The Headwaters Park Ice Rink opens tomorrow at noon with public skating until 4:00 pm. Â
Update @ 11:00 am – I have been informed that the Ice Rink will open at 5:00 pm for admission to the Fort Wayne Ice Skating Club’s show, which is free. Â However, public skaters will not allowed on the ice until after the show, which is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm and will end sometime between 7:30 and 8:00 pm. Â I do apologize for the change in plans. (You know how much I dislike that!)
The Fort Wayne Ice Skating Club will then be practicing for their show which is scheduled for 7:00 pm. Â After the show is over, at approximately 7:30 pm, there will be public skating until 10:00 pm.
Prices are still the same as the previous four years:
$3 – Ages under 14
$5 – Age 14 and over
$2 – Skate Rental
Visitors are free
Parking is free
Skate Sharpening
$5 – Hockey Skates
$7.50 – Figure SkatesÂ
Hours
Monday thru Thursday – 3 pm to 8 pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday – Noon to 10 pm
Extended Hours begin on
December 13th and continue until January 5th
Noon until 10:00 pm Daily
Closed Christmas Day
