Preparations are underway to install the light towers for Parkview Field. Â One of the first things that struck me as I looked at the towers was they’re a lot shorter than I thought they would be. Â However, after thinking it through, I realized that the towers don’t need to be as tall as you might think. Â Remember, the playing field will be many feet below the concourse level. Â The towers will be mounted on the concourse which will give them that much more height from the playing field. Â The towers themselves are in two sections as evidenced in one of the photos.
