While walking to work this morning, I noticed a new bicycle along Wayne Street, just East of Toscani’s.* The question – is it a bicycle rack or art? And who placed it there? Is it related to the chairs in front of the Convention Visitor’s Bureau? I did not give it much more than a quick glance, but I am wondering how you would secure a bicycle to it if that’s the intended usage. Unless you’d put your bicycle along side it.
Any ideas out there?
* – I must have had music on the brain when I originally posted this and was thinking of Arturo Toscanini, great Italian conductor from the first half of the 1900s. My apologies to all.
Would you believe there’s a bike rack blog?

Wow! Racks of every type and possible configuration, who would have guessed?
Thanks, Michael! I should have written you as you’re the guy to go to for all bicycle things. Thanks again!
