There’s a new billboard in town – well, new to me at least. A couple of weeks ago, I was out on Illinois Road, near the Thomas Road intersection and noticed this digital billboard that sits on the east side of Tom Steele West. The billboard changes frequently, but at the time I was there was mostly populated with Walmart ads. I’m not sure if there are more in Fort Wayne, but it’s a neat addition to our City.
