When listed last August, the price for retail space in The Harrison groundfloor was at $32 per square foot. A recent check of the CBRE website shows the price has been dropped to $30. To date, there have been not been any announcements of committments from retailers. The Harrison is the retail/condominium portion of the Harrison Square project in downtown Fort Wayne.
