According to Ben Lanka on his sometimes on, most of the time off Harrison Squared blog, the recent rains and flooding somewhat slowed progress at the construction site.Â
“We just have to wait for water to leave the site,” he [Greg Leatherman]  said. Contractors were to be laying concrete throughout the winter, but that can’t be done when the site is saturated. Leatherman said he didn’t believe the delays would significantly change the project’s schedule.
